Kaspar Schulz

proBrau is the exclusive sales partner of Kaspar Schulz in the USA and Canada for brewing, malting and distilling equipment. Reference projects: Prost Brewing Company in Colorado (60 hl / 50 bbl brewhouse), Gretz Brewing in Pennsylvania (20 hl 3-vessel system) and Counter Weight Brewing (10 hl brewing block).

Esau & Hueber

We continue to work together with Esau & Hueber, part of the Bühler Group since 2024 and specialists for cold block technology, yeast propagation and wort aeration. The Prost Brewing Company project includes Esau & Hueber yeast propagation and a CRAFT AIR wort aerator.

BrauKon

From 2015 to 2021 proBrau represented BrauKon for customers in North America and Australia, with projects in the USA, Canada and Australia, among them the first 100 hl brewhouse for Bricklane Brewing in Australia. In 2026 proBrau is brokering a complete 15 hl BrauKon brewery from Hamburg.

Rolec and Steinecker

For CIP and automation projects we integrate with existing control systems, among them BOTEC (Krones, Steinecker) and BrauControl / Berabrew (BrauKon / Rolec).
