2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits information that is stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and the amount of data transferred. We need this data to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to detect misuse. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to clarify a security incident.
3. Encryption
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar of your browser.
4. Cookies and consent management
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies are set without your consent (§ 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This includes the session cookie "wires" of our content management system ProcessWire, which is deleted when you close your browser. All other cookies and similar technologies are only used with your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).
We use the consent management tool CCM19 of Papoo Software & Media GmbH, Bonn, Germany, to obtain and document your consent. CCM19 stores your decision in the local storage of your browser ("ccm_consent", lifetime 1 year) and processes your IP address in shortened form as well as the time of the consent. Legal basis is our legal obligation to document consents (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 7 (1) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this website.
5. Contact form, product request form and email
If you contact us via the contact form, the product request form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. company, first and last name, email address, phone number, your message) in order to answer your request. Legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and, for other requests, our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The form data is sent to us by email, stored in the content management system of this website and transferred to our customer management system Odoo (Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium), which processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). We delete the data when it is no longer needed for the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law, up to 10 years) require longer storage.
6. Brewhouse assessment
On our assessment page you can have a brewhouse assessment calculated. For this we process the data you enter: name and address of the brewery, contact email address, phone number (optional) and your production and consumption figures. We use the data to calculate the assessment, to create the report and to send it to you by email. A copy is sent to our team so that we can answer questions and contact you about the results. The data is stored in the content management system of this website. Legal basis is the implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We delete the data when it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
To run the assessment, the page loads the JavaScript libraries React, ReactDOM, Babel and jsPDF from cdnjs.cloudflare.com, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and fast assessment tool (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
7. Web analytics
Google Analytics 4
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics analyses how visitors use the website (e.g. pages visited, duration of visit, referrer, device and browser information, approximate location) and measures inquiries sent via our forms and clicks on our phone number and email address. Google Analytics is only loaded after you have given your consent in the cookie settings (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); without consent no data is transmitted to Google Analytics. Analytics cookies (e.g. "_ga", "_ga_*") are only set after consent. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Matomo
With your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), this website uses the web analytics software Matomo. Matomo is operated on a server of our web agency Kasper Communications GmbH (WEBpetit) on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Matomo uses cookies (e.g. "_pk_id", "_pk_ses") to analyse the use of the website. Data is not passed on to third parties.

On some pages we show maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) to show locations. The map is only loaded when you click on "Load map". Your data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to process your request or a contract, if you have consented or if we are legally obliged to do so. Recipients may be our IT service providers (hosting, web agency, consent management, customer management system), which process data on our behalf and are bound by our instructions.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You can withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
