Prost Brewing Company, Colorado, USA (2024)
5-vessel Kaspar Schulz brewhouse with 60 hl (50 bbl), Kaspar Schulz open fermenters and a malt handling system from Künzel with outdoor malt silo and six-roller mill. A proBrau project from planning to completion, installed by a domestic crew from proBrau. Project details
Gretz Brewing, Elverson, Pennsylvania, USA (2025)
3-vessel 20 hl BrauBlock brewhouse and tanks from Kaspar Schulz. proBrau advised on equipment selection and project planning and took care of rigging, installation, utility and process integration, commissioning and training. Project details
Counter Weight Brewing (2024)
2-vessel Kaspar Schulz brewhouse with 10 hl for test batches and high quality lagers. Project details
Bricklane Brewing, Australia (2019/2020)
proBrau's first 100 hl brewhouse, built for Bricklane Brewing together with BrauKon. In 2019 and 2020 proBrau completed several projects with BrauKon in the USA, Canada and Australia.

Malting
Kaspar Schulz drum malting systems are in operation at Root Shoot Malting in Colorado, Stone Path Malt in Massachusetts, ND Malting & Hops in North Dakota and Mastri Birrai Umbri in Italy. In 2025 proBrau presented the Kaspar Schulz malthouse at the Craft Maltsters Conference in Denver. More about the Kaspar Schulz drum malting system.
